ITINERARY DETAILS FOR EXPLORING HUE- DANANG- HOIAN

DAY 1: Da Nang Airport/ your hotel in Danang – Hue Imperial City

In the morning:

8:00 am: Our driver and tour guide will pick you up at Da Nang International airport/ your hotel in Da Nang and transfer you to Hue City. Now, all you need to be relax and enjoy the scenic drive and start Da Nang to Hue day trip by private car.

First of all, we meet the Hai Van Pass – Sea Clouds Pass. This pass stands at 500m above sea level and it connects Danang and Hue city. 10:00 am: The next stop is the tomb of Khai Dinh King, which is one of the most beautiful Hue royal tombs in Vietnam (10 km from Hue city center). It is also the most lavish tomb of seven royal tombs in the history of the Nguyen dynasty.

In the afternoon:

2:00 pm: When you arrive in Hue City, we first start to discover Hue Citadel – a place reserved exclusively for the royal family of the ancient city in the past. Hue Citadel was built from 1805 to 1945 by the Nguyen Dynasty. Moreover, UNESCO recognized the Citadel Complex of Hue as a World Heritage Site in 1993.

3:30 pm: After visiting the Citadel, you will continue to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda (Heaven Fairy Lady Pagoda). Thien Mu Pagoda attracts tourists not only its historical stories but also its unique architecture. You should wear informal clothes when visiting this pagoda.

4:30 pm:  After visiting Heaven Fairy Lady Pagoda, you will take a Hue dragon boat trip along the Perfume River. You can immerse yourself in peaceful scenery when heading back into the city center.

DAY 2: Hue– Da Nang– Hoi An
