If you want to cancel a booking, please send a cancellation request by email and reconfirm by Whatsapp. Please read the our Terms and Conditions policy carefully. We also note clearly about the timing of cancellation and how much will be charged for the cancellation.

When we received your cancellation email, we will email you to confirm the cancellation.

When you fill in the booking form, there is the area for the special requests. When you submitted the
booking, we will take note your special requests and will confirm it via your email.

We will try our best to meet all of your dietary requirements but in some specific places, it will be hard for us to guarantee. We will let you know in advance if there are some places on your trip where this is the case. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any requirements or food allergies and we’ll take care of it carefully. However, It will be a great idea to take a card with your dietary requirements written in the local language for those times you don't have the meals with the group.

Food is one of the most important parts of the trip. Normally, we will inspect the restaurant which are good condition, clean and fresh foods to offer to our tourists. Foods in different part of Vietnam has different tastes. In each city or province, we will offer you the local food, the specialties of the area but we will take note your food allergies to make sure it’s safe to you! Our tour guides will always ask your food and drink and dietary requests at the time they pick you up at airports.

In some destinations it will not be safe to drink the local tap water. In Vietnam, normally we will boil tap water to drink. Moreover, the grocery shops are available everywhere and they sell cheap water as well. In the hotels, normally they will offer you fresh bottle of water. In the tours, it is included 2 bottles of mineral water/ person/ day

We will set up and be well prepared for the new, clean and comfortable transportation for you! We always use the new model of cars, SUV and Minivans such as New Toyota Vios, SUV Fortuner, New Ford Transit minivan, etc. for our valued customers. In transportation, we always have seat-belts, wet tissues, bottles of water, free wifi for you!

While it may not be customary to you, In Vietnam, we don't dare to ask for a Tip but tipping is expected. At the end of the tour, if you are happy with the drivers or local guides you should tip them. It's of great significance to the hard-working people who took care of you during your travels, inspires excellent service, and is an entrenched feature of the tourism industry. It is also admitted that they did a great job on your trip.

Like we mentioned above, Tipping is not compulsory in Vietnam but it is expected. Normally, a day, for drivers it should be around USD $5. And for the tour guides about USD $10. Depends on your happiness with them and how they well they performed during the tour as well.

It is compulsory to have travel insurance for all travellers and should be taken out at the time of booking. You must provide your travel insurance on the first day of your trip if not, you are not able to join the trip.

Minimum, your travel insurance must be 'comprehensive', providing cover against medical expenses, emergency repatriation, personal liability, personal accident, and death with a minimum coverage of US$200,000. We also highly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal effects and loss of luggage.
