Stage 4 (May 8, 15/07): Blocking and fighting American troops to flee from Khe Sanh.
Khe Sanh Combat Base Map
During the Vietnam War, the combat base was well-known for the No.9 Road – Khe Sanh campaign at the beginning of 1968. Thousands of US Marines was lost in the wood with confused thinking.

US President – Lyndon B. Johnson decided to hole a “Situation Room” inside the White House. After that, they created the Khe Sanh Combat Base Map for the war strategy in Vietnam.

However, the US Army still had to withdraw the army forces from Khe Sanh Combat Base barracks as a result of 170 day-night fiercely fighting. Then, the base officially got its liberty back on July 9th, 1968.
